We sell and install complete heating and air conditioning systems, and because we are not tied to a single manufacturer we can put in what actually fits the house and the budget. We work with Trane, Bryant, Lennox, Ruud, Rheem, Carrier, Goodman, York, American Standard, Amana, Heil, Armstrong Air, Comfortmaker, Coleman and Maytag equipment, among others.
Homeowners usually come to us when a system has reached the end of a hard coastal life, when a compressor or coil has failed on equipment that is already fifteen years in, or when a remodel or an addition has changed what the house needs. Rental owners and small commercial customers come to us for the same reason: we quote the job honestly and we are still here in five years to stand behind it.
Sizing matters more here than most people expect. An oversized system in a humid climate cools the air quickly, shuts off before it has pulled the moisture out, and leaves a house that feels clammy at seventy-two degrees. We look at the house, the duct and the way you actually use the rooms before we put a tonnage on the proposal.
Estimates are free. We are not too large to give you the personal service and value you deserve, which is the same thing we told customers in 1949.
