Salt air off the Atlantic eats condenser coils and contactor points faster than it does inland, standing humidity keeps drain pans and condensate lines wet from April through October, and a system that would coast for twenty years in the Piedmont works considerably harder here. Our technicians service and repair all major brands of air conditioning equipment, whoever installed it and however old it is.

Most homeowners call us when the house stops holding temperature on a mid-eighties afternoon, when the outdoor unit is humming without the fan turning, when the air handler runs constantly and the vents blow air that is barely cool, or when water shows up on a closet floor because the condensate line has clogged. All of those are worth a look before the compressor takes the damage.
