Our standard
Sized to
your house.

An oversized system on the coast is worse than a small one. It cools the air fast, shuts off before it has pulled the humidity out, and leaves a house that feels damp at seventy-two degrees. We look at the house, the duct and the way the rooms are actually used before we put a tonnage on the proposal, then commission the system and hand you the readings.

How service works
From your call to a working system
01Diagnose
Electrical, airflow and refrigerant tested in sequence, not a guess at the obvious part. Readings get written down so next season starts with real history.
02Explain
You see what we found and the price beside it before anything is touched. When repair is close to replacement, both numbers go on the same page.
03Repair
Trucks carry the parts that actually fail here: ignitors, flame sensors, capacitors, contactors, blower motors, condensate pumps and thermostats.
04Restore
Temperature split and static pressure rechecked, the system verified under load, boots covered and the mechanical room left cleaner than we found it.
Customer reviews
What neighbors say after the truck leaves
Trusted across Wilmington and the beaches for three generations of homeowners and business owners.
“Our AC quit on a Saturday in July with the house full. Cannon got someone out, found the problem and had us cool again the same day. They have been our company for years and they have never once oversold us.”
“Another company told me my system was done. Cannon came out, found a failed part, fixed it for a fraction of a replacement and told me straight how many years I had left in the unit.”
Ray T. — Ogden, NC
“We manage a small building downtown with an old boiler nobody else wanted to touch. Cannon replaced it, did the piping properly and had heat back before the cold week hit.”
Marcus H. — Wilmington, NC
“Salt air is brutal out here on the island. They keep our unit maintained twice a year and it has outlived every neighbor's system on the street.”
Karen S. — Wrightsville Beach, NC
Comfort, on the record
Three generations in one city. Every major brand serviced, sold and installed. Estimates cost you nothing.
Service area
Wilmington and the coast around it
Our shop sits at 1718 S 41st St. in Wilmington, and the route runs from the historic district out to the beaches and across the river into Brunswick County.
Core coverage: Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Leland, Ogden, Porters Neck, Castle Hayne and Hampstead.
Wilmington, NC
Home ground, and the shop on S 41st Street sits close enough to the middle of it that most of the city is a short run. Work here spans everything from historic-district houses with retrofitted duct to Winter Park ranches and downtown commercial buildings on hot water heat.
Wrightsville Beach
The hardest environment we work in. Salt spray takes condenser coils and contactor points years early, so equipment on the island needs closer maintenance intervals than the same unit five miles inland.
Carolina Beach & Kure Beach
A mix of year-round homes and rental properties where a failed system in July costs the owner a booking. Rental turnovers are the reason a lot of these customers keep us on a maintenance schedule.
Leland & Belville
Across the Cape Fear and growing fast, which means a lot of newer, tighter construction on heat pumps. Humidity control and duct sealing come up here more often than equipment failure.
Ogden & Porters Neck
North of the city, mostly subdivision housing built in the last thirty years, so we see second-generation heat pump changeouts and the airflow problems that come with two-story returns.
Castle Hayne & Hampstead
The outer edge of the regular run, covering older properties along the river and newer development up the Pender County line. Scheduled work here is routine, and we tell you honestly what the drive means for timing.
